2 oz Taynton Bay Tropical Rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cold foam
Optional: ½ oz coconut milk for a silkier finish
How to Make It
Method: Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice. Add Tropical Rum and pineapple juice, then stir gently until chilled. Top with cold foam and, if desired, a splash of coconut milk for added richness.
Garnish: Pineapple wedge, toasted coconut flakes, or a fresh pineapple leaf.
