2 oz Rocky Mountain Steamwheel Rum
4 Dashes Taynton Bay Sweet Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange peel (optional)

How to Make It

Method: Add Rocky Mountain Steamwheel Rum and Taynton Bay Sweet Orange Bitters to a rocks glass with a large ice cube or ice sphere. Stir gently for 15–20 seconds until slightly chilled and properly diluted.
