Ingredients

1 oz Taynton Bay Winter Gin
3 oz Taynton Bay Canadian Mule
3 oz Tonic Water or Soda Water

Garnish: Lime wheel and fresh mint sprig

How to Make It

Method: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Taynton Bay Winter Gin and Taynton Bay Canadian Mule. Top with tonic water or soda water and stir gently until chilled and combined.

Garnish: Finish with a lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
