Ingredients
2 oz Taynton Bay Raspberry Vodka
1 handful fresh or frozen raspberries
2–3 clean backcountry snowballs (or crushed ice)
Ginger beer, to top up
Garnish: Lime wedge (if you've hiked it up with you 😅)
How to Make It
Method: Add raspberries and Raspberry Vodka to a sturdy cup or tumbler. Crush lightly to release the berry flavour. Add fresh snow or crushed ice and top with ginger beer. Stir gently until slushy and ice cold.
Garnish: Add a lime wedge for a bright citrus finish.
